saw the most awesome quote on a t-shirt the other day when i was down at the Bootleg Brewery in Margaret River. It read "The liver is evil, it must be punished". It was on the staff tshirts and they wouldnt let me buy them!! |

Just to annoy those of you who were working yesterday I got to leave work at about 10am to go wake boarding :P
its not all good though, i forgot to apply sunscreen before i went out and now i have burnt arms and knees and a nice little triangle on my back where i had the wetsuit undone :)
still it was a lot of fun and i actually did quite well, staying up for a decent length of time before swallowing a nice amount of the swan river :) |

oh i spose i should post again, i haven't done so for a while :) just been reading and replying to others posts :)
anyone going away for easter? i'm going away camping with family probably down margaret river way, i'll have to remember those places that Kim visited with all the chilli stuff so i can show mum. Mum is a complete chilli addict, she even managed to find chilli flavoured cordial!!
Hey you should all go to Kim's Juice night on Thursday! No excuses!! :P
anyway thats all for now maybe i'll post again sometime next month :D |

another boring day at the office :)
i do have some cool news though! i got my motorbike learners permit on Friday!! Yay! :)
now i just gotta learn how to ride the things :)
The test to get your learners was soooo simple! i only got one q wrong and that was because i didn't read the question properly *slaps forehead*
Might be going water skiing this afternoon if my mate ever gets back to me :)
other than that i have nothing to report :)

This problem we are having with ADSL going down all the time is really starting to annoy me :)
My job practically depends on me and my stores being able to access the internet at the moment and it is very frustrating to see them uploading a 30MB file and the DSL goes down halfway through :/ |

yay! i had a valuer come through my house today much sooner than i had expected.
I did a refinance deal on Thursday last week and the guy said it would take a few days for the finance people to process my application then a few days for the valuer to come out and then another few days for them to finalise everything. i was expecting the whole process to take at least 2 weeks and so far its been like only 3 days total! (working days that is) and the valuer said he would pass on his information tonight and i would likely get a response from the financer tomorrow! i'm very excited :))) means i can finally afford to buy food again :D
basically i am financing my car into my homeloan which effectively halves my monthly payments, yes it means i have to pay more interest on my car but that doesn't really bother me too much because the interest rate is much lower than my current home loan anyway :D
i hope the valuer gives me the value i want :/ thats the only hurdle left... |

I can't believe i just spend the last few hours perusing peoples journals because i couldn't be bother to do any work :/
It's not like i'm not busy i just can't seem to motivate myself to actually do anything :) anyone else got a "too hard basket"?
found some very interesting photo's of Penny and Kim :) looks like you had a lot of fun at the Royal Show last year :D finally i find where that icon came from :D
welll yeah this post is just coz i'm too lazy to actually do my work which is really bad coz i should be working but hey i'm here till 8pm and i got in at 8:30 (dont ask why) so i figure i can afford to waste a little time :D and besides im on a salary so i dont even get paid for working stupid hours :(

hmmm... far out its boring going back to work after a long weekend!!! :)
Had a lot of fun sharing the stories of our digestive pyrotechnics with Kim, Tim, Kris n Michael (the other one) while trying to create a new one by downing two Bulleit Bourbon n Cokes... mmmm... 3 standard drinks in a can :)
after our stories we go inside where Kim show us her amazing video editing skills (they were very good) and two Margaret River trips! Hi to Benski and Jennheifer :) never met you but you seem like lots of fun :D I wont mention the drunken videotaping of Kristy doing her fantastic shadow puppet show coz thats nasty and ... oops... well... on saturday i got to go to the Drag racing at Kwinana with my sister (she sponsors a car thorugh her company) and had a great time, cant hear anything anymore though :) i can't believe how fast some of those cars go! the top door slammers were doing a quarter mile in just over 6 seconds and hitting 340kph at about the half way mark! imagine the g-forces of that!! :) (think old patrol advert) :D
Sunday was down to the powerline track just past Midland for a bit of 4WD'in action and watching my dad try to rip the front diff off his car over a nasty looking rock :)
did a little minor damage to my baby but nothing serious :) just a dent in a bash plate underneath due to sliding down a hill on the belly of the car :)
Recovery on monday involved sleeping in till about 11 and watching tv with my sisters :) oh and playing Dungeon Siege with my brother in law :)
and then came tuesday! NOOOOOO!!!!! doesn't it always seem that the weekends are too short, even when its a long weekend? well now due to the specific work i am doing i have to work a late shift, like 10 to 8 or something like that, but i dont mind too much coz i can sleep in :D
oh well back to the grind... |
